The hotel had a great view but the rooms were in an underground 'annex' of sorts, with a dismal view, a tiny bathroom, and simply looked run down. However, there is a play area with lots of indoor games and mouthwatering food at the restaurant, thanks to Chef Rakesh. I want to extend my gratitude to Royal Orchid for making our stay wonderful, and I would recommend my friends and relatives to experience their stay, food, especially the hospitality.

Our stay at Royal Orchid was wonderful thanks to the friendly staff, delicious food prepared by Chef Rakesh, and enjoyable indoor games at the play area. I highly recommend this hotel to others. However, the initial room had a smell and lacked a mountain view, leading to an additional upgrade cost of Rs 2000.00 per night.

The hotel we stayed in was absolutely spacious and airy with a beautiful view. The food was amazing, and kudos to the FnB team for being so nice and generous. However, being in a different block from the Premium rooms was a downside for us.
